Appetizing and tasty: Here is Sophia Loren’s unique recipe of pasta
There is a widespread belief that absolutely all celebrities deliberately keep themselves hungry in order to lose weight and keep themselves fit. Though many women constantly go on diets, Sophia Loren isn’t among them.
The legendary actress confessed that she always could afford to eat sweets or fast food and has never limited herself in anything.
And the traditional Italian pasta is one of her most favorite dishes.
Moreover, Loren has her own recipe of making pasta which she shared in her cooking book.
And now we would like to share it as well and hope that the recipe will be useful for all of you.
In order to make it, you will need
Spaghetti (250g)
Butter
Garlic
Zest and Peel of a lemon
Cream 20% (1 or 2 cups)
Grated cheese parmesan
Nutmeg (1/3 teaspoon)
Fresh basil (3-4 springs)
Salt and pepper
- Boil spaghetti in some salted water
- Take a relatively small pot, melt the butter and fry the garlic
- Add zest of the lemon
- Then add the nutmeg
- Step by step add the cream and wait until it boils
- Then salt and pepper and turn off the stove
- Drain water from the pasta
- Add the prepared sauce to the pasta
