The clip of the performance has 10 million views.
While all eyes were on singer Rebecca Selley during her blind auditions, her baby JJ, as well as her performance of “Let It Go” with instructor Kelly Rowland, gained popularity. “You know they shred my clip and then they shred my son’s clip and it got, I think, 10 million views?” he asked.
“I was hoping he could sing along.” But what I was most proud of was that he sang with Kelly. “I loved this moment,” she exclaimed. Will the mother-to-be be happy that her son is working full-time in the entertainment industry?
“I always had my doubts about this industry, especially because it was so young,” she says. 34-year-old Selley would not mind if her son inherited her singing talent. “Although he is fond of singing as well as dancing, this could be a turning point for him.” But in case he likes it and he does it well, I will definitely encourage him as well as give him advice to the best of my ability.
