There are amazing dachas located right under the windows of multi-storey buildings in Helsinki, on the island of Lauttasaari, one of which belongs to a 59-year-old artist, a pensioner. He lives on the 9th floor of a building and his dacha is right next to it.
It was in 2009 that he made this mansion with his two bare hands after years of searching one. You can find a library and even a small place for growing vegetables. One may say that he uses his dacha as a place to create art.
He often comes here in the mornings and enjoys nice whether reading a book. No one can stay indifferent and not to pay special attention to the pensioner’s special place. It is convenient for him that his apartment is in a two-minute walk and there is no need for a drive.
He finds it an ideal place where one can have quality time, enjoy the nature and create art.
